The sheer magnitude and geographical spread of our property, not to mention the length of the majority of driveways on The Preserve, provides unique challenges that WM has absorbed, and over the years, continued to maintain quality standard service…

The Santa Lucia Community Services District maintains and manages all roads for the Preserve.

We are proud to work with the Monterey County Regional Fire District to provide emergency response to those in the area,
