The District has posted the Pavement Condition Study and a Questions & Answers (Q&A) document to provide residents with additional information regarding the upcoming Mello-Roos Special Tax Election for road repairs.

The Pavement Condition Study outlines the current condition of the Preserve's roadway system, identifies long-term maintenance and rehabilitation needs, and provides estimated costs for preserving this critical infrastructure. The accompanying Q&A addresses many of the questions received from property owners about the proposed funding measure, election process, and potential impacts.

We encourage all property owners to review these materials to better understand the condition of our roads, the long-term funding challenges, and the information available as you prepare to vote in the upcoming election.
